In response to both the future growth potential of the aerospace sector and the increasing demand for education among local stakeholders and academia-industry-research partners, Gyeongsang National University established the Department of Aerospace Policy in 2025. As part of the curriculum, the core major course "Aerospace Policy Theory" is taught by experts from the Space Aviation Administration.

This lecture is open not only to students enrolled in Aerospace Policy Theory, faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates at Gyeongsang National University, but also to anyone interested in the special lectures, including those from local governments, public institutions, and companies. The lectures are held every Tuesday at 7 p.m. for approximately two hours in Room 508 of the Aerospace Industry-Academia Cooperation Building (Building 407) on the Gajwa Campus.

The lectures are organized into themed sessions, including ▲ aerospace policy, space science, and exploration ▲ industrial development ▲ cultivation of talent in the aerospace sector ▲ policies for technical fields such as space transportation and satellites. The instructors consist of 12 experts, including the Deputy Commissioner of the Space Aviation Administration, department heads, and program managers.
