Worksphere announced on March 10 that it has hosted the '2026 Jobplanet Awards' on the career platform Jobplanet and unveiled a list of 31 companies ranked in the top 0.01% as the best places to work.
Jobplanet has been announcing the best workplaces every year. Since last year, it has gone beyond simply publishing rankings and newly introduced the 'Jobplanet Awards' with the aim of providing trustworthy indicators for job seekers, similar to the Michelin Guide for gourmet restaurants.
This year’s awards selected 31 companies, representing the top 0.01% out of 470,000 companies nationwide, based on category-specific rating data accumulated throughout 2025. The award categories have been expanded from a single category to four, reflecting job seekers’ key decision criteria: ▲Compensation & Benefits ▲Work-Life Balance ▲Career Growth ▲Recruitment Experience.
In the Compensation & Benefits category, the selected companies included ▲SK Telecom ▲GlaxoSmithKline ▲NAVER Cloud ▲Applied Materials Korea ▲Weverse Company ▲Electronic Arts Korea ▲Herbalife Korea ▲Hyundai Mobis. For Work-Life Balance, companies such as ▲AXA Direct Korea ▲SAP Korea ▲Google Korea ▲Neogenesis ▲Dain Precision ▲Korea Oil Pipeline Corporation ▲Vieworks ▲Jatco Korea Engineering were listed.
In the Career Growth category, the recipients were ▲Nexon Korea ▲Daehong Communications ▲NCSoft ▲OE Solution ▲Socar ▲Tokyo Electron Korea ▲Philip Morris Korea ▲Mettler-Toledo Korea. For Recruitment Experience, the selected companies were ▲Naver Webtoon ▲Dotmill ▲Daehaknaeil ▲Linde Korea ▲Space V ▲Electronic Arts Korea ▲Jatco Korea Engineering.
This year’s awards help job seekers refine their own criteria for “the right company for me.” To this end, Jobplanet offers a “Workplace Preference Type Test” feature. By diagnosing what they value most—such as work-life balance, career growth, or compensation—users receive personalized company recommendations from Jobplanet among the award-winning firms.
