GS Engineering & Construction Enhances Co-Prosperity Program to Foster Win-Win Growth with Partners
GS Engineering & Construction announced on March 9 that it will enhance its "2026 Co-Prosperity Program" by selecting 30 key partner companies to strengthen its network and provide incentives such as financial support.
Starting this year, GS Engineering & Construction will reinforce communication with its partner companies. To this end, it will launch the Core Partnership Program. This system is designed to discuss co-prosperity strategies with approximately 30 selected outstanding partners and to strengthen the network with these key companies. The event will be held twice a year, in March and May, and selected partners will receive incentives such as contract performance guarantee reductions and financial support. From this year, a new section will be introduced to share best practices in safety and quality management among partner companies.
In the second half of the year, GS Engineering & Construction will hold its signature win-win cooperation event, the Grand Partners Fiesta. Approximately 80 partner company representatives, including newly selected core partners, will attend. Together with GS Engineering & Construction's CEO and executives, they will share updates on the company's business status and procurement policies, continuing to foster communication.
GS Engineering & Construction also places the highest priority on safety and supports on-site management for its partner companies. By making advance payments for industrial safety and health management expenses and supporting the costs of assigning safety personnel, the company helps alleviate the financial burden of safety for its partners. Additionally, it offers the "On-site Safety Innovation School" program for partner company site managers and safety officers, providing systematic safety education opportunities.
