[MWC26] SKT's GPU Cluster "Haein" Wins GLOMO Award for Best Cloud Solution
Three Consecutive Years of Recognition at GSMA-Hosted Awards
SK Telecom announced on March 5 that it received the "Best Cloud Solution Award" at the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GLOMO) 2026 for its B200-based GPU cluster, "Haein."
The GLOMO Awards are organized by the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA), which hosts the "MWC 2026" telecommunications technology exhibition in Barcelona, Spain.
Haein is a high-performance GPU infrastructure composed of more than 1,000 units of NVIDIA’s next-generation AI accelerator chip, "Blackwell," in a single cluster. Based on this, SK Telecom provides GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) to its customers.

View original imageThe name "Haein" for the cluster was inspired by Haeinsa Temple, which houses the Tripitaka Koreana. It signifies SK Telecom’s ambition to become a "Korean-style sovereign AI" infrastructure that embraces a digital-age Tripitaka Koreana.
Based on Haein, SK Telecom offers an optimized computing environment for large-scale AI model training and inference, enabling customers to flexibly utilize GPU resources when needed.
The Haein GPU cluster was selected for the Ministry of Science and ICT’s "AI Computing Resource Utilization Enhancement (GPU Rental Support) Project," supporting the "Independent AI Foundation Model" project.

With this award, SK Telecom has won the "Best Cloud Solution" category for three consecutive years. In 2024, the company was honored for "Cloud Radar," which uses AI to analyze, manage, and optimize cloud usage and patterns, and last year, it received the award for the "Petasus AI Cloud," a GPU virtualization solution that is a core technology of Haein.
