The "N2 Retirement Pension School" is NH Investment & Securities' flagship pension education program, designed to enhance practical skills and deepen understanding of the retirement pension system among corporate practitioners. The program invites corporate professionals and provides comprehensive education on the overall operation of the retirement pension system. Last year, the program attracted significant interest, being held 22 times in total. In this session, 40 retirement pension managers from 30 companies participated.
This training course, serving as the basic program, broadly covered key practical topics such as the outlook for the artificial intelligence (AI) industry—a subject of heightened recent interest—as well as HR, labor, actuarial, and tax aspects related to retirement pensions. The program was structured to emphasize practical, immediately applicable content, thus enhancing the effectiveness of the training. The company explained that it plans to hold an advanced course in the future to further support the development of participants' practical skills.
