With Hopes That They Will Grow Into People Who Protect Uiryeong's Forests and Community
Uiryeong-gun in South Gyeongsang Province announced on the 26th that on the previous day, the Uiryeong-gun Forestry Cooperative had donated a 10 million won scholarship to the Uiryeong-gun Scholarship Foundation.
The Uiryeong-gun Forestry Cooperative provides management consulting and technical support to its members and forest owners through professional forest management personnel, and contributes to increasing forest income and revitalizing the local economy through supporting the distribution of forest products, proxy management of private forests, and mutual financial services.
In particular, since 2015 it has been donating scholarships every year to the Uiryeong-gun Scholarship Foundation, continuing its sharing efforts to foster local talent.
