Hana Bank Reinvents "Hana One Q" with Next-Generation Digital Platform
"Hana One Q" Revamped Around Integrated Asset Management
Hana Bank has completed the establishment of its next-generation digital platform initiative, "Project FIRST," and will begin full-scale operation on February 19.
"Project FIRST" is a next-generation digital platform enhancement initiative that covers the bank's overall work systems, including mobile banking, corporate banking, products, and marketing. Under the slogan "Back to Being Hana! Closer to Our Customers," the bank has overhauled its digital channels and overall work systems.
Through this project, Hana Bank is newly launching its flagship mobile app "Hana One Q" on the same day. The bank has adopted a screen layout centered on integrated asset management, improved access to key financial services, and streamlined the user journey so that customers can use the services they want more easily and quickly, achieving a significant overall upgrade.
The corporate banking channel will be newly introduced from the night of February 20. It features customized screen layouts for corporate customers and convenient internal payment services, and applies enhanced internal control functions, thereby strengthening corporate customers' experience of using digital financial channels and improving work convenience and accessibility.
The product processing system is also being upgraded by reorganizing the product development and operation framework on a digital basis. The bank has implemented a product recommendation function that reflects customer characteristics and transaction history, simplified the product subscription process, and built a user-centric marketing platform. In addition, by upgrading the underlying infrastructure to enhance the stability and scalability of platform operations, the bank has strengthened the competitiveness of its non-face-to-face channels.
