On the 10th, Seo-gu held the "No Giving, No Receiving Integrity Envelope Campaign" in the lobby on the first floor of the Seo-gu Office, with the aim of eradicating the practice of giving and receiving money or gifts and establishing the practice of integrity among public officials as a culture embedded in everyday life.
This campaign was prepared as a practical initiative in which all staff members jointly reaffirm that integrity is the foundation of Seo-gu’s administration, while firmly blocking the habitual giving and receiving of money and gifts that has been repeated every holiday season.
Under the slogan "No Giving, No Receiving," Seo-gu distributed integrity envelopes containing guidance on practicing integrity to its employees, once again reminding them that giving and receiving money or gifts before and after the holidays is strictly prohibited.
In particular, a lucky card was included in each integrity envelope, and winners were given a "bok bundle" gift set, thereby presenting integrity not as a burden but as a culture of voluntary participation and shared empathy.
Lee Seungkyu, Audit Officer, said, "Integrity is a basic promise that public officials must keep even before it is a matter of regulations," adding, "I hope this campaign will serve as an opportunity, ahead of the holidays, for everyone to reflect on themselves and to put the values of Integrity Seo-gu into practice in their daily lives."
