The committee deliberated and approved a total of nine agenda items, including: ▲ a follow-up report on the 2025 Gwangju City Living Security Subcommittee's deliberations and resolutions, ▲ the 2026 annual implementation plan for the Basic Living Security Project, ▲ the 2026 self-support plan, ▲ the 2026 annual investigation plan for social security benefits, and ▲ deliberations on family dissolution and basic living protection, among others.
Through this committee, the city aims to strengthen the operation of systems that protect the rights of basic living security recipients and reinforce the foundation for self-support, while also advancing a more systematic approach to investigating and providing social security benefits.
