These funds are used for various current issues and safety enhancement projects, such as building disaster and accident prevention infrastructure, expanding the local safety net, and improving resident convenience.
Dobong District plans to invest the secured funds in projects to improve residents’ living environments and build safety infrastructure. Major projects include 4.849 billion won for the maintenance of old sewage pipelines, 3.5 billion won for the construction of the public complex building in Ssangmun 1-dong, 2.662 billion won for installing heating wires on steep roads in Dobong District, 1.8 billion won for creating a barrier-free forest trail in Dooly Park, and 1.34 billion won for upgrading old streetlights in the district, among a total of 51 projects.
