Brand Messages, Key Product Information, and Usage Tips
Delivered Through Short and Intuitive Videos
Chungho Nais announced on December 31 that it is strengthening communication with customers by producing video content utilizing artificial intelligence (AI).
Since April of this year, Chungho Nais has been actively producing a series of videos using AI technology, releasing approximately 80 pieces of content to date. The company has expanded customer touchpoints and continued communication by delivering brand messages, key product information, and usage tips through short and intuitive videos.
The various AI video series targeting younger audiences are characterized by concise structures and trendy production styles, tailored to the rapidly evolving digital environment. For example, the "Last Drop: Guardians of Water" episode, which evokes the feel of a science fiction movie, has been praised for its immersive storytelling in a familiar official trailer format. Additionally, Christmas and winter season content has been produced as AI 3D animations, further enhancing brand affinity. These videos are available on Chungho Nais's official social networking service (SNS) channels.
