Addressing the theme "How to Make Your Child's Student Record Stand Out in the Era of the High School Credit System," Bae Youngjun provided concrete and clear solutions drawn from extensive practical experience, which resonated strongly with parents in attendance.
In particular, the special lecture was significant in that it fulfilled the university's social responsibility to "share academic expertise" with the community, ensuring that local students do not give up on their dreams due to information gaps, thanks to cooperation with the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education.
A parent who attended the event commented, "It was a valuable opportunity that gave me real confidence about the high school credit system and managing student records, which had previously seemed vague."
A representative from the Hallym University Admissions Office emphasized, "Our university attracts a wide spectrum of students, from nationwide autonomous private high schools to small local high schools. We feel a strong sense of mission to evaluate not just the outcome of 'what kind of environment a student studied in,' but more importantly, 'how they grew within the environment they were given.'"
