The foundation received the HRMS certification for the first time, recognized for the excellence of its human rights management activities. Previously, in March, the foundation established a dedicated human rights department, the Ethics Management Team, and assigned specialized personnel, thereby strengthening its ethical management governance and establishing a comprehensive human rights management system across the organization.
In particular, the foundation newly launched initiatives such as the "On-Site Research Roundtable" and "Staff Appreciation Day," practicing hands-on human rights management based on communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
