Certified farms are exempt from tuberculosis inspections for two years and receive support for mastitis prevention drugs.
As of the end of 2025, a total of 44 farms in seven cities and counties within the province have completed certification. This achievement is the result of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province's proactive efforts to establish a foundation for eradicating bovine tuberculosis.
