Warm Sharing in the Local Community
Odong-dong in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, recently held a scholarship award ceremony at the Odong-dong Administrative Welfare Center to deliver scholarships donated by Kindness Neurosurgery to low-income students in the district.
The ceremony, held on December 24, was organized to support students who face difficulties focusing on their studies due to financial hardship. Kindness Neurosurgery donated a total of 8.7 million won, which was distributed to 29 students, each receiving 300,000 won.
As part of its ongoing community contribution efforts, Kindness Neurosurgery has consistently donated funds every year since 2019. This year, the hospital extended its warm support to local students, helping to create an environment where they can continue their studies.
One of the scholarship recipients expressed gratitude, saying, "I was considering whether I could continue my studies due to financial difficulties, so I am truly thankful for this help. I will study even harder to repay the interest and encouragement you have shown me."
