Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold Serious Accident Prevention Council with Metropolitan and Provincial Offices on December 19
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will hold the 13th National Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education Serious Accident Prevention Council at Suwon Convention Center on December 19.
This council is a quarterly event held annually, where metropolitan and provincial offices of education from across the country jointly respond to and seek solutions for serious accident issues and challenges in the educational field.
The event, hosted and organized by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, will be attended by about 70 participants, including officials responsible for serious accident-related work from the Ministry of Education and 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education.
The council will feature a lecture on serious accidents by the Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, followed by a session in which the 17 offices of education will share key policies and outstanding cases implemented this year. In addition, the council will discuss current issues related to serious accidents that were submitted in advance by each office of education.
