University student mentors help mentees improve their academic abilities through guidance in school subjects and reading education.
Through this program, mentees can develop study habits and strengthen their basic academic skills, while university student mentors gain hands-on experience in educational settings and enhance their competencies as future educators. The program is highly regarded as a mutually beneficial social contribution model where both children and university students grow together.
A representative from Korea Housing Finance Corporation stated, "HF Dream Growth Mentoring is a social contribution activity that enables children and university student mentors to learn and grow together, and it has been ongoing for five years." The representative also added, "We will continue to support the expansion of educational opportunities and the improvement of learning environments for children in the Busan area."
