Kim Sang-sik, Head of the Public Relations Office, attended the council meeting held at the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Government Office. He received the Governor's Commendation in recognition of his leadership of the BNK Gyeongnam Bank PR team and his close collaboration with Gyeongsangnam-do.
Throughout this year, BNK Gyeongnam Bank systematically utilized various promotional infrastructure such as IPTV, ATMs, social media channels, and branch office spaces to ensure public messages were delivered to residents quickly and accurately.
The bank also produced and filmed video content introducing local attractions and festivals in the Gyeongnam region, posting them on official BNK Gyeongnam Bank social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube to promote Gyeongsangnam-do.
In addition, banners highlighting Gyeongsangnam-do's major achievements and public campaigns were displayed on the exterior walls of the bank's headquarters and key branches, delivering these messages directly to local residents.
Notably, a collaborative project that launched a 'Public Employee Welfare Card' featuring Gyeongsangnam-do's official character 'Byori' was recognized as a representative example of partnership this year.
The character design was applied to financial products, naturally reflecting Gyeongsangnam-do's identity. The launch process also leveraged promotional resources such as press releases to enhance public awareness through media coverage.
