Tving to Broadcast All WBC Games Live in March Next Year
Held in Japan, the United States, and Puerto Rico
Tving announced on December 17 that it will provide live broadcasts of all games of the World Baseball Classic (WBC) to be held in March next year. The tournament will take place from March 5 to March 17, 2025, in Japan, the United States, and Puerto Rico.
The roster for the first training camp of the Korean national team includes veterans such as Ryu Hyunjin and Noh Kyung-eun, as well as promising players born in the 2000s, including Ahn Hyunmin, Kim Doyoung, Moon Dongju, and Jung Wooju. The national team will play practice games against the Hanshin Tigers on March 2 and the Orix Buffaloes on March 3 before entering the main tournament.
Tving plans to offer differentiated content such as "fandom broadcast" and "on-site sound broadcast," building on its experience with various broadcast options during KBO League coverage.
