The space is equipped with simple snacks and beverages, small health devices for physical and mental recovery, and provides emotional support through professional counseling and a variety of programs.
The facility was created by remodeling unused space on the fourth floor of the Hwawon General Social Welfare Center. It consists of the "Mind-On Space" for communication, a "Healing Zone" for relaxation, and an information desk. Amenities such as a ramen cooker, coffee machine, foot bath, and massage chair, along with warm lighting and cozy interior design, have been provided to enhance emotional comfort.
Prior to the opening, the district held an employee participation donation campaign titled "If We Are Together." Ramen donated during the campaign, which runs from December 1 to December 19, will be offered in the community space of the "Seoul Mind Convenience Store." The donated ramen has been displayed in the form of a ramen tree in the lobby on the first floor of the district office’s main building, adding to the spirit of sharing with neighbors at the end of the year.
The official opening ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. on December 29 in the lobby on the fourth floor of the Hwawon General Social Welfare Center. After opening, the center will continuously operate programs for mental health, psychological counseling, and social network formation. Visitors will be encouraged to return through the "Warmth Points System," and the center will serve as a warm community hub by offering simple snacks.
