[Breaking] Report of Explosive Device at Kakao Pangyo Office..."All Employees Shifted to Remote Work"

At approximately 11:15 a.m. on December 15, a report was filed by Kakao stating that an improvised explosive device had been planted in the Kakao Pangyo Agit building, located in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province. Police are currently searching the premises.

Kakao reported to emergency services that a post claiming an improvised explosive device had been installed at the Baekhyeon-dong Kakao Agit was uploaded on the CS Center website.

Kakao has transitioned all employees to remote work. The police have deployed the special operations unit to determine whether an explosive device has been installed.
