Man in His 70s Dies After Being Struck by Steering Wheel While Operating Cultivator at Gimhae Orchard

View original imageAt around 9 a.m. on December 14, a man in his 70s, identified as Mr. A, was operating a cultivator at an orchard in Bugok-dong, Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, when he was struck in the chest by the steering wheel and fell out of the seat.
Mr. A was transported to the hospital as a result of the accident, but ultimately passed away.
According to police on December 15, the cultivator was descending a farm road at the time, when the steering wheel suddenly turned sharply to the left and struck Mr. A forcefully in the chest.
