Inje County Recruiting Students for Winter Break Youth Informatization Education
Inje County, Gangwon Province, is offering informatization education programs for youth during the winter break.

View original imageThe county announced that it will be accepting applications for the "Youth Informatization Education" program until December 23, targeting elementary, middle, and high school students to strengthen their basic and applied digital skills.
This year's program consists of a total of 12 courses, including: Basic Computer Skills, Creating Digital Storybooks, AI Shorts Creative Camp, Building Your Own App with No-Code Tools, ITQ Excel Certification Preparation, Computer Utilization Level 2 Certification Preparation, and Webtoon Production.
In particular, new courses such as "Webtoon Production" and "AI Shorts Production" for middle and high school students have been introduced to help them develop digital content creation skills. The Python coding and no-code platform-based app development courses are designed to enhance practical digital skills with a focus on real-world applications.
Lectures will be held at Haneulnaerin Center, Girin National Sports Center, and Eco-Friendly Microorganism Center. The target participants are 4th to 6th grade elementary students and middle and high school students in the county, with each course operating as a small class of about 12 students.
Applications can be submitted until December 23 through the Inje County Lifelong Learning website or via Naver Form. If the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, participants will be selected by lottery. All courses are offered free of charge.

A county official stated, "We have prepared a variety of educational programs ranging from basic to practical skills so that young people can actively adapt to changes in the digital environment," adding, "We hope this will provide a valuable learning experience during the winter break."
