Samjin Fish Cake Launches Kids Product Featuring "Tinyping" Characters... Strengthening Content Marketing
K-Fish Cake brand Samjin Fish Cake has launched a kids-only product called "Our Child's Healthy Fish Cake Soup," featuring characters from SAMG Entertainment's popular animation "Princess Catch! Tinyping."
The food industry is increasingly moving beyond simply providing food, strengthening strategies that use character-based content marketing to offer consumers a differentiated experience.
In line with this trend, Samjin Fish Cake has introduced a character collaboration product targeting children and family consumers.
"Princess Catch! Tinyping" is the sixth season of SAMG Entertainment's popular animation series "Catch! Tinyping." With a princess-themed universe, new characters, and storylines, it is gaining wide popularity among both children and family viewers.
"Our Child's Healthy Fish Cake Soup" is designed to meet high-calcium, high-protein, and low-fat standards, taking into account the nutritional needs of growing children. Unnecessary additives such as steviol glycosides, sodium L-ascorbate, and lecithin have been excluded to enhance safety from the ingredient stage.
The product features fish cakes in four shapes-fish, squid, cat, and heart-adding an element of fun to eating. It comes with anchovy-flavored soup, based on Samjin Fish Cake's manufacturing expertise, allowing for easy preparation of fish cake soup.
The packaging uses a pink color scheme and prominently displays "Princess Hachuping," the main character from "Princess Catch! Tinyping," to increase visual appeal. In addition, a randomly included hologram sticker featuring over 40 characters from the animation adds collectible value.
The new product is available at Samjin Fish Cake's directly operated stores nationwide, except for some locations, as well as on the official online mall. To celebrate the launch, the online mall is offering a 15% rewards point benefit to customers who purchase the product for a limited time.
