View original imageThe awards ceremony was held the previous day at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, during the "2025 Customized Corporate Diversity Education Performance Sharing Workshop," attended by more than 80 company CEOs and human resources and organizational management officers.
Finda received high marks for implementing strategies that improved ways of working, expanded female leadership, and strengthened the verification of evaluation fairness, thereby fostering a corporate culture that respects diversity among members and enhances organizational productivity and corporate value.
Finda shared its case studies on organizational culture and institutional improvements under the theme "From Addressing Financial Information Imbalances to Achieving Equality Within the Organization."
Lee Jaekyung, Chief Human Resources Officer of Finda, presented on experiences of pursuing diversity as part of business strategy, establishing a transparent and fair evaluation and HR system in an environment free from barriers of gender, age, career, or educational background, and building a corporate culture that embodies diversity, equity, and inclusion.
