GH Receives 'Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment' Certification for Three Consecutive Years
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) has received the 'Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment' certification from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) for the third consecutive year.
The Fair Recruitment Certification System is a program in which a third party objectively evaluates and certifies public institutions and companies that exemplarily operate fair recruitment practices by eliminating biased factors and focusing on job competency.
The evaluation criteria include not only the overall recruitment process-from job postings to document screening, written tests, and interviews-but also factors such as new hire satisfaction and the detection of recruitment irregularities.
GH has maintained this certification for three consecutive years, starting with its first recognition in 2023 and continuing through this year.
In particular, the 2025 evaluation saw GH receive high marks in all areas, including its recruitment system, operational procedures, and recruitment outcomes.
