The participating artists include those who have previously taken part in the "Street Installation Exhibition" and "International Open Call" of the Donggang International Photo Festival. Showcasing global trends in contemporary photographic art, the exhibition presents diverse photographic works by nine photographers from Korea, Sweden, and Canada, all of whom are active on the international stage. The works, centered on landscapes and environments, are divided into three thematic sections.
In Exhibition Hall 5 on the first floor, works by Kyungja Chung (Korea) and Atanas Bozdarov (Canada) explore the realities of our lives and the changes inherent within them, expressed through photographs of landscapes and architectural environments.
In Exhibition Hall 6 on the second floor, four groups of Swedish artists, including Tuija Lindstrom, highlight the multi-layered and ever-changing nature of landscapes, as well as the cultural, political, ecological, and psychological traces embedded within them, each through their own unique approach.
In Exhibition Hall 7 on the third floor, under the subtitle "Amor Fati," works by Korean artist Kang Kim are on display, focusing on photographs of flowers. Through the concrete yet symbolic subject of flowers, the artist offers a visual contemplation on existence, life, perception, and attitude.
