Namyangju City Expands Public-Private Support for Northern Youth... Jiseong CS Donates 20 Million KRW
Namyangju City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwangdeok) announced on December 8 that Jiseong CS Co., Ltd. (CEO Hong Hyunseok) had donated 20 million KRW to the Northern Hope Care Center to support low-income children and adolescents in the region.

View original imageThe donation ceremony was held in the mayor's office on the same day, with eight participants including Mayor Joo Gwangdeok, CEO Hong Hyunseok, Executive Director Jeong Hongcheol, Won Byeongil, CEO of Namyangju Welfare Foundation, and Jeon Jeongsu, Head of the Northern Hope Care Center, sharing the spirit of giving.
This donation will be used to support low-income children and adolescents in the northern regions, including Jinjeop, Onam, and Byeollae, particularly in cases requiring academic and emotional assistance. Recipients will be selected through case management and counseling by the Northern Hope Care Center.
CEO Hong Hyunseok stated, "I have continued to donate as a way to give back the love received from the local community," and added, "We will continue to provide ongoing support so that children from vulnerable groups do not have to give up on their dreams."
Mayor Joo Gwangdeok expressed his gratitude, saying, "I deeply appreciate Jiseong CS Co., Ltd. for making such a significant donation for children in difficult circumstances," and added, "The city will further strengthen its support system for children and adolescents in collaboration with the Welfare Foundation and the Care Center."
