Key agenda items included a report on the results of the 2025 Zero Crime Risk Safe Village initiative and plans to implement the 2026 Women-Safe Night Route Remodeling Project.
In particular, the "Women-Safe Night Route Remodeling Project," which will be carried out in 2026, is funded by a 100 million won resident participatory budget. The project targets the areas of Sineup 3-gil and 4-gil in Pocheon-dong, as well as Solmoruro 81beon-gil in Soheul-eup, which are known for frequent crime reports and poor pedestrian environments. Various crime prevention facilities, such as alert lighting, solar lighting, wall-mounted lights, utility pole signboards, and pavement markers, will be installed in these areas to create a safer walking environment.
