The video begins with scenes of people enjoying themselves at a swimming pool in Sydney. The camera then captures a woman doing the backstroke, continuously scrolling through her phone as she swims. At the end of the video, the woman can be seen holding her phone straight above her face, seemingly taking pictures or a selfie.
The person who posted the video commented, "It perfectly illustrates a life of always being online, maximizing screen time, and excessively sharing one's daily life instead of enjoying the moment."
