According to the New York Post, this video was posted on a popular social networking service (SNS) on November 30.

The video begins with scenes of people enjoying themselves at a swimming pool in Sydney. The camera then captures a woman doing the backstroke, continuously scrolling through her phone as she swims. At the end of the video, the woman can be seen holding her phone straight above her face, seemingly taking pictures or a selfie.

The person who posted the video commented, "It perfectly illustrates a life of always being online, maximizing screen time, and excessively sharing one's daily life instead of enjoying the moment."

Online, many users expressed concern about smartphone addiction. One user remarked, "Humanity has now reached a point of no return." Others commented, "This is the most dystopian scene," and "The world is going crazy. Put down your phone and live in the real world."

Another user pointed out that this is "a glimpse into the global phenomenon of technology and smartphone addiction."
