For this, she was awarded the 119 Hero Award.
This award is presented annually by the National Fire Agency to honor the noble courage and community spirit of citizens who step forward without hesitation to carry out rescues at accident scenes.
In April last year, Park was also commended by the chief of Suwon Nambu Fire Station for providing emergency treatment to a citizen who collapsed while shopping at a market in Paldal-gu, Suwon.
