Min Heejin, former CEO of Adore, who is currently in a legal dispute with HYBE, appeared on a YouTube broadcast and shared her thoughts. Regarding the series of incidents involving NewJeans, Min stated, "HYBE is 100% responsible," taking a firm stance.

On December 4, Min appeared on the YouTube channel 'Genreman Yeouido' and said, "I have remained silent for almost a year and a half since the press conference, but it seems that misunderstandings have grown because I haven't spoken up," expressing her feelings.

When asked, "You might feel sorry or regretful about NewJeans. What are your feelings?" Min replied, "HYBE should be the one feeling deeply sorry toward NewJeans." She continued, "They branded us as traitors and waged a public opinion battle. There have been over 1,700 related articles," emphasizing, "It is a basic right and a matter of human rights to protest when treated unfairly."

Regarding the recent confusion during the members' return process, she said, "It is very strange to talk about the members as two and three," and pointed out, "In court, they said, 'If you just come back, we will treat you well,' but I don't understand why they are singling out three members as if ostracizing them."

Previously, after about a year-long exclusive contract dispute with Adore, NewJeans announced their intention to return to the agency after losing the lawsuit. However, among the members, Haerin and Hyein announced their return through Adore on November 12, while Minji, Hanni, and Danielle, through their law firm, stated, "As Adore did not respond, we had no choice but to announce our position separately," expressing their intention to return to the agency. In response, Adore stated that they had not been informed in advance about the return of these three members and are "trying to ascertain the true intentions."

Min questioned, "I don't understand why there is this division," and added, "If three members said they would return, they should be accepted. Why are their intentions being doubted and scrutinized?" She continued, "I don't understand why it is being portrayed as if relationships have soured. If you care about the kids, adults shouldn't express it that way," expressing her anger and regret over the situation.

In particular, when asked, "Do you believe HYBE is largely responsible for how things have come to this point?" Min replied, "From my perspective, HYBE is 100% responsible."

Additionally, Min completely refuted allegations of a management takeover and accusations of trying to poach NewJeans, stating, "HYBE turned me into a witch." Regarding HYBE's recent claim during the lawsuit process that Min had conveyed a message saying 'do not vote for the Democratic Party,' she responded, "It was a private conversation from five years ago that I barely remember. It is unreasonable to use an anonymous post on Blind as evidence," and added, "Political beliefs are a personal matter, and I have never forced my views on employees."

On this day, Min also shared updates on her recent activities and future plans. Having recently established a new entertainment agency called OK Records, she added that her next idol group is likely to be a boy group rather than a girl group.
