Korea Freedom Federation Namyangju City Branch Holds Freedom Defense Leaders Conference
Namyangju City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Kwangdeok) announced on the 4th that the Namyangju City Branch of the Korea Freedom Federation (Branch President Bae Jinseong) held the Freedom Defense Leaders Conference at La Poem in Dasan-dong on December 3.

View original imageThis conference was organized to share the operational achievements of the Korea Freedom Federation Namyangju City Branch over the past year, reflect on activities to protect liberal democracy, and encourage members who have contributed to laying the foundation for peaceful unification. The city explained that the event served as an opportunity to reaffirm the significance of various community contribution activities that the Federation has carried out in partnership with the local community.
The event began with the signing of a mutual cooperation agreement with the Namyangju Branch of the Korea Foodservice Industry Association (Branch President Park Jongho), followed by a screening of an activity video and the presentation of awards to distinguished members. Attendees reviewed the major projects and volunteer achievements undertaken throughout the year and shared the future direction for the organization’s development.
Bae Jinseong, President of the branch, said, "I would like to thank the members who participated in various volunteer activities throughout the year. We will continue striving to be an organization that leads the way in serving the citizens and advancing Namyangju City."
Mayor Joo Kwangdeok stated, "It is highly meaningful that the Korea Freedom Federation Namyangju City Branch has grown into an organization trusted by citizens this year. I especially appreciate the future-oriented structure that includes participation from junior members and Millennials & Gen Z, which has broadened the scope of activities." He added, "The branch has practiced warm sharing by caring for neighbors in need through various volunteer activities. These efforts are closely aligned with the community values the city pursues, and I look forward to the branch continuing to serve as a strong partner for the city in the future."
