The morning temperature will be about 5 degrees lower than the previous day, and daytime temperatures will also be lower than the seasonal average.

Due to temperature differences in the lower atmosphere, the form of precipitation may vary by region, resulting in rain or snow.
The cold will continue on December 4, with morning lows dropping to between -5 and 2 degrees Celsius. Daytime highs are expected to remain between 7 and 11 degrees Celsius. Strong winds will make the perceived temperature lower than the actual temperature.
At sea, strong winds and high waves are forecasted for the far southern waters of the West Sea starting from December 1. From the early morning of December 3, a high seas warning may be issued for all southern West Sea areas, so ships navigating or operating in these waters should exercise caution.
