Gyeonggi Tourism Organization Wins Consecutive Awards at Integrity and Human Rights Promotion Competition
The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization recently won both the Grand Prize and the Encouragement Award at the "2025 KTO Integrity and Human Rights Promotion Best Practices Competition," hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization.
This competition was organized by the Korea Tourism Organization, with participation from regional tourism organizations (RTOs), to share and promote best practices in internal integrity (anti-corruption) activities, ethical management, and the operation of human rights-friendly systems.
The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization received the Grand Prize in the anti-corruption category for establishing a "consumer-centered interactive guidance system utilizing AI," which contributed significantly to spreading a culture of integrity.
In the human rights promotion category, the organization was awarded the Encouragement Award for being the first public institution in the country to introduce a "Parental Support Work System," which was recognized for its tangible support in helping employees balance work and family life.
