They plan to gradually expand the sharing of workplace daycare infrastructure and operational cooperation in the future.
Currently, Shinhan Bank opens two workplace daycare centers operated by Shinhan Financial Group (Shinhan-i Han-i Gangbuk Daycare Center and Shinhan Kids Ilsan Daycare Center) to children of SME employees.
With this agreement, Shinhan Bank and Toss plan to jointly use each other's workplace daycare centers and open their childcare infrastructure to SMEs they collaborate with. This agreement is significant in that it establishes a win-win model that strengthens social responsibility for addressing low birth rates and supporting work-life balance, while alleviating the childcare burden of employees through infrastructure sharing between companies.

A Shinhan Bank representative stated, "Due to the prolonged low birth rate, it has become increasingly difficult for companies to operate workplace daycare centers independently. By jointly utilizing childcare infrastructure, we aim to create a sustainable operational model that will provide practical support for work-life balance among SME employees."
