"Travel Light This Winter: Korean Air and Asiana Launch Free Coatroom Service"
Korean Air and Asiana Airlines are offering a "Coatroom Service" that provides free storage for winter coats to international passengers. This service is designed so that travelers heading to warmer destinations can leave their heavy coats behind and travel more comfortably.
On November 26, Korean Air announced that it will resume its Coatroom Service, which allows passengers to store their winter coats free of charge for three months from December 1 to February 28 of the following year.
The service is available to any Korean Air international ticket holder departing from Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 (T2) or Busan Gimhae Airport.

At Busan Gimhae Airport, the storage fee is 4,000 won per coat per day after five days. At Incheon International Airport, additional storage fees can be paid with mileage points (350 miles per day) instead of cash.
Passengers departing from Incheon can drop off their coats at the Hanjin Express counter in the "Parcel·Storage·Packing" area next to Gate 1 on the third floor of Terminal 2 after check-in. Coats can be picked up at the Hanjin Express store next to Gate 1 on the first floor of Terminal 2. The counter operates 24 hours a day.
Passengers departing from Busan Gimhae Airport can check their coats at the Jim Carry baggage storage on the third floor of the international terminal after check-in by presenting their boarding pass. Coats can be retrieved from the same location, and the service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Passengers wishing to use the service can present their boarding pass and drop off their coat at Cleanupair, located at the west end of the first basement level of Terminal 1 at Incheon International Airport. Each passenger can store one coat for up to five days free of charge, and additional charges apply for extended storage.
After January 14 of the following year, when the service moves to Terminal 2, Cleanupair will provide the same service at its store located at the entrance of the transportation center on the first basement level of Terminal 2. During the transition period, passengers departing and arriving at different terminals can drop off their coat at Terminal 1 and pick it up at Terminal 2 without any issues.
