In particular, the most urgent task is to provide a tailored care system for those in the blind spots of care management.
To address this, Pyeongtaek City has set "Ensuring Continuity Between Medical and Welfare Services" and "Field-Based Customized Support" as its core strategies, and plans to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation. Through these efforts, the city aims to provide one-stop medical, nursing, and daily living support services that are neither duplicated nor omitted, in line with the needs of each recipient.
