With the opening of the new lounge, the showroom has enhanced its spatial completeness, allowing customers to browse vehicles and receive consultations in a more comfortable environment.
The lounge is equipped with ample seating and consultation tables where customers can check vehicle information. It is a space where buyers can compare various conditions and receive professional consultations.
Volvo Select is Volvo Car Korea's certified pre-owned vehicle program, selling only vehicles that meet quality standards among those registered within the past six years or with less than 120,000 kilometers of mileage. The program provides premium services equivalent to those offered to new car customers, including a one-year or 20,000-kilometer free warranty repair service and a 24-hour emergency dispatch service for three years or up to 60,000 kilometers.
To commemorate the opening of the lounge, the Gwangju showroom will run its own promotion until December 31. Customers who visit the showroom and receive consultations will be given a Volvo umbrella, while those who sign a contract will have a 100% chance to win a lucky draw, receiving one of the following items on-site: Volvo Boston bag, tote bag, wagon, diffuser set, or car air freshener. Customers who take delivery of a vehicle will be offered a welcome package, a Volvo fabric folding box, and a set of four interior care items on a first-come, first-served basis.
