Yongin City to Host "Positive Parenting Festa" at City Hall Ace Hall on the 29th
Expert Lectures and Talk Concerts to Enhance Parent-Child Relationships
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on November 25 that it will co-host the "Positive Parenting Festa" with Save the Children at the City Hall Ace Hall on the 29th.
This event has been organized to introduce positive parenting methods based on children's rights and to support healthy parental roles.
The first part of the event will feature a screening of the short film "Corn," which won an award at last year's Children's Rights Film Festival, under the theme "Understanding a Child's Mind Through Movie Scenes." There will also be a lecture by an expert on healthy communication methods between parents and children.
In the second part, a communication expert will give a lecture on the theme "Children Growing Up with Happy Parents." This will be followed by a talk concert, where participants will discuss parenting concerns based on pre-submitted and on-site questions and seek practical solutions together.
The venue will also feature various experience booths, including an exhibition on "100 Hurtful Words," garland making, globe paper art, and a parenting counseling center.
