This year, the program supported the replacement of outdated equipment at 40 restaurant businesses in Yeongdeungpo District.
The commemorative ceremony was held at the cafe 'Dotori Boy' located in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo District, and was attended by Kyung-sik Lim, Head of Communications at KB Securities, Yongduk Kim, Chairman of the Social Solidarity Bank, and other related parties.
Dotori Boy, which has received positive reviews from customers for its vintage interior, delicious coffee, and pastries since opening in 2019, has faced difficulties due to the downturn in the local commercial area caused by COVID-19 and increased competition in the industry. In response, KB Securities provided Dotori Boy with a coffee bean grinder and an awning, along with other necessary equipment. In addition, a map introducing the 40 participating stores will be created and distributed, and a 'Kkaebi Store' plaque will be attached to each store. Moving forward, social media events will be held to promote the stores, ensuring ongoing follow-up support.
