On November 20, the Wanju County Facilities Management Corporation in North Jeolla Province announced that it will publicly recruit 32 new general technical staff to ensure the stable implementation of the second phase of new consignment projects.
This recruitment aims to expand the workforce for the operation of sports facilities (swimming pools) and to strengthen the stability of public village bus operations. The core focus is on securing new personnel in swimming, driving, and architecture.
The total number of positions is 32, consisting of 32 technical staff (22 in swimming, 9 in driving, and 1 in architecture).
Applications can be submitted online through the corporation's dedicated recruitment website from December 2 to December 8. After document screening, a written test, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced on December 26.
The corporation plans to entrust the entire recruitment process to an external professional agency and will operate a transparent procedure by adopting a blind recruitment method to ensure fairness and expertise.

Meanwhile, since its establishment in October last year, the Wanju County Facilities Management Corporation has been carrying out five projects, including public village bus operations, public parking lots, volume-based waste bag sales, Gosan Natural Recreation Forest, and the public cemetery. With this second phase of consignment projects, the corporation plans to accelerate the activation of sports facility operations and the improvement of resident welfare.
