The agreement includes practical measures such as ▲ exchange of students and faculty ▲ joint research and academic events ▲ exchange of academic materials and information ▲ and other mutually agreed areas of cooperation.
The signing ceremony was attended by Chae Wonseok, Dean of the College of Health Sciences at Daejin University, Kang Jaeseon, Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Kyungsung University, and other key officials from both institutions, reaffirming their commitment to mutual cooperation.
Representatives from both universities stated, "We hope that this agreement will further vitalize the education and research network between our universities. In particular, the linkage between health sciences and pharmacy will serve as a foundation for nurturing BT convergence experts who develop new therapies by integrating life sciences and ICT technologies, strengthening bio R&D competitiveness, and cultivating medical professionals. This, in turn, will improve medical accessibility in northern Gyeonggi Province and provide a basis for responding to changes in the public healthcare policy environment."
Through this agreement, Daejin University plans to further strengthen its education and research in the medical field by expanding into the pharmaceutical sector, in conjunction with its recently selected Graduate School of Medical Science.
