KAGMA Receives Prime Minister's Commendation at National Quality Management Conference
The Korea Arboretum and Garden Management Authority (KAGMA) announced on the 19th that it received the Prime Minister's Commendation at the 51st National Quality Management Conference, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korean Standards Association.

View original imageThe National Quality Management Conference is held to recognize individuals, companies, and organizations that have contributed to enhancing national industrial competitiveness by creating management achievements through quality management innovation activities. KAGMA was included in the list of awardees in the Talent Development category of the National Quality Innovation Award in recognition of its contributions.
At the conference, KAGMA was highly praised for establishing competency models tailored to each job group and function in line with the institution's characteristics, as well as for systematically operating competency enhancement programs by rank and life cycle, and developing future-oriented talent development content.
