The launch of Gyeonggi Climate Satellite 1 (GYEONGGISat-1) has been postponed by one day to November 21 (Korean time) due to local circumstances in the United States.
The Gyeonggi Provincial Government announced on November 19 that the launch time for Gyeonggi Climate Satellite 1 has been delayed from 3:18 a.m. on November 20 to 3:18 a.m. on November 21.
Gyeonggi Climate Satellite 1, which will be launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, is an optical satellite designed to detect changes in urban areas and ecosystems in the Gyeonggi region using optical equipment.
