NH Nonghyup Bank Launches Financial Sector's First In-person 'MyData Service'
Prize Event for 5,416 Customers to Celebrate the Launch
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on November 19 that it has launched the first in-person MyData service in the financial sector and is holding a commemorative event for customers to mark the launch.
Previously, MyData services were mainly available through non-face-to-face channels such as NH All One Bank and NH Smart Banking. With the launch of this new service, customers can now visit branches nationwide to view the status of accounts from multiple financial institutions at once and receive comprehensive asset management consultations based on this information, significantly improving accessibility and convenience.
The bank is also introducing a new specialized service called the "My Asset Safety Notification Service." NH Nonghyup Bank explained that this service regularly notifies customers via SMS and KakaoTalk about changes in their assets held at various financial institutions, thereby reducing concerns about financial accidents and enhancing the stability of asset management.
To celebrate the launch, an event will be held from November 19 to December 10. Among customers who link assets from other financial institutions and subscribe to the "My Asset Safety Notification Service," a total of 5,416 winners will be selected by lottery to receive prizes: one customer will receive a 18.75g gold bar, five customers will receive a 3.75g gold bar, ten customers will receive a 1.875g gold bar, 400 customers will receive 30,000 NH Points, and 5,000 customers will receive a Starbucks Americano coupon.
