Kang Inpil, Pukyong National University Professor, Receives Commendation from Korea Association of Machinery Industry on 'Machine Day'
Kang Inpil, Professor of Mechanical Design Engineering at Pukyong National University, was selected as an outstanding contributor to industry-academia-research collaboration at the '2025 Machine Day' commemorative event and received a commendation from the Korea Association of Machinery Industry.
Professor Kang received the award at an event held on November 13, 2025, at the EL Tower in Seoul, organized by the Korean Federation of Mechanical Engineering Societies, the Korea Association of Machinery Industry, the Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials, the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, and the Korea Railroad Research Institute.
Professor Kang was recognized for his significant contributions to the development of the machinery industry through active collaboration among industry, academia, and research institutions, including many years of research and development achievements, patent creation, and support for technology development for regional and national companies.
