Toss Bank Launches "Find Our Missing Household Expenses" Event
Select a Household Expense Category and Enter
10 Teams to Win 2 Million Won Each by Lottery
Toss Bank announced on November 19 that it will hold the "Find Our Missing Household Expenses" event until December 5. This event is designed to help participants, such as families and couples, review their daily household expenses and develop smart spending habits as the year comes to a close.
To participate, users can access the "Find Our Missing Household Expenses" event page in the Toss application and, together with their partner, select the main culprit (household expense category) responsible for draining their household budget. After making their selection, they can submit their entry. The household expense categories include delivery, travel, shopping & hobbies, transportation, cultural activities, and coffee & snacks. A total of 10 teams will be selected by lottery, and each winning team will receive a prize of 2 million won (before tax).
Notably, customers who hold a two-person group account (including group accounts for couples or clubs) with their partner during the event period will have double the chance of winning. The prize money will only be awarded to the two-person group account jointly used by both participants.
This event was inspired by the increasing number of customers using Toss Bank’s "two-person group account" for managing household expenses. In fact, about 50% of all group accounts are used as two-person group accounts, and couples and married customers are using them to manage fixed monthly expenses together and transparently share payment details made with their respective cards.
