Chairman Jung Eunbo Departs for Hong Kong and Singapore to Host Global Roadshow
Jung Eunbo, Chairman of Korea Exchange, departed on November 17 to actively promote the vision for ushering in the KOSPI 5000 era and the growth potential of the Korean capital market to institutional investors based in Hong Kong and Singapore.
According to Korea Exchange, Chairman Jung will host the "Korea Exchange Global Roadshow: KOSPI 5000 and Beyond" event in Hong Kong on November 18 and in Singapore on November 20.
At this event, Korea Exchange will explain the new government's capital market revitalization policies as well as the Exchange's efforts to enhance market trust, emphasizing that the Korean market is at a turning point for a new leap forward.
Chairman Jung stated, "Thanks to the efforts of the government, the Exchange, and market participants, a foundation has been laid to resolve the Korea Discount. Going forward, the Exchange will continue to implement the Value-Up Program and proactively respond to changes in the global capital market paradigm, making even greater efforts to help the domestic stock market shift to a Korea Premium."
