No Separate Season Pass Required
Subscription Fee Increase Not Addressed
Apple announced on the 17th that starting next year, its Apple TV subscription service will include access to Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States as a standard feature.
Previously, viewers needed to purchase an MLS Season Pass in addition to an Apple TV subscription to watch MLS matches. From next year, all MLS games will be available to Apple TV subscribers at no extra cost. However, Apple did not mention whether the Apple TV subscription fee will remain at this year's level next year.
Currently, Apple TV+ offers original series, movies, and documentaries for 6,500 KRW per month. The MLS Season Pass is available separately for 149,000 KRW per year or 22,000 KRW per month, while Apple TV+ subscribers can access it for 110,000 KRW per year or 19,000 KRW per month.
